General :

The subscriber will be entitled to access the App with effect from the date of registration subject to the payment of registration fee and an authorized agreement and acknowledgement that 

The information herein is true and correct.  

This agreement contains all the terms and conditions of the agreement between the parties and no representation, addition, variation or cancellation of this agreement, shall be of any force and effect unless reduced in writing by both parties. The subscriber acknowledges that they read this entire agreement, inclusive of the Cape Town Coupon App terms and condition and hereby authorize Cape Town Coupon App to issue and deliver payment. This signed Authority and Mandate refers to our contract as dated as on signature hereof (“the Agreement”). I / We hereby authorize you to issue and deliver payment instructions to the bank for collection against my / our above mentioned account at my / our above mentioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I / We may transfer my / our account) on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my / our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement, and commencing on the commencement date and continuing until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me / us by giving you notice in writing of no less than 20 ordinary working days, and sent by prepaid registered post or delivered to your address indicated above.

Assignment:

I warrant that I am duly authorized to enter into this agreement and request, instruct and authorize Cape Town Coupon to draw against my account with the details provided by myself for the subscription fees as set out herein for the duration of the agreement. I agree to pay bank charges related to this debit order instruction. I acknowledge that this agreement may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.

 Registration: Abbreviated Name / Reference: CTC (Cape Town Coupon)

Once you have completed the registration process you will have a username and password. You agree that any and all information provided by you to CTC App is true, accurate, current and complete information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or CTC App has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete then CTC App reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your account. You agree that the password and ID will be kept confidential and under no circumstances will it be distributed to any other person/s. You are further responsible for activities that occur on your account. In the event that your password is disclosed it is your responsibility to notify CTC App as soon as such disclosure is known. CTC App will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered due to failure to comply with the above.

Cancellation: This agreement will come into effect from the date of registration and successful payment of registration fee and will continue indefinitely . The subscription will continue until terminated by the subscriber on 20 business days written notice. I / We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be canceled by me / us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I / We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

By signing or agreeing to this document, I accept and acknowledge that I understand the contents thereof and that I am duly authorized to do so.
